Our consulting sessions are 45 minutes long, and our tutoring space is equipped with computers, so feel free to bring assignments requiring audio recording, web creation or desktop publishing software. Be sure to bring a flash drive or other means to save your work. Come in with an assignment or idea and our consultants will assist you in the entire writing process, from brainstorming through revision.
Making an appointment: We ask that no student make more than one appointment per day and no more than three per week. Consultants will be assigned according to their availability.
Appointment Location: Our main space is in the Digital Commons at 101 Cooper Street.
For faculty, the WDL is available to run small group workshops on a number of topics. Please contact us at rutgers.wdl@rutgers.edu to arrange a workshop for your class.
Graduate students seeking writing help should contact Gaylene Gordon, the Graduate Writing Assistant for all programs covered in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
